Each version of the Conquest Mobile Web Service is an individual installation. Therefore, each version must be uninstalled, too.
It is not unknown for versions to be left installed but removed from IIS and the uninstall performed later. In this case it is possible for “Phantoms” of these versions to reappear after a subsequent install of a new version. To remove the “Phantoms”:
•If they are yet to be uninstalled then do it now
•If they still show after refreshing IIS, then select each one and remove it from IIS
•Uninstall the new version
•Install the new version
