To create an Action from a Defect

In the Defect Form:

•      Click the New Task in the Tasks Window, then either:

•      Select the Action option, which creates an Ad hoc Action

or

•      Select one from the list of Standard Actions

•      Input the Action Data regarding works to be performed on the Asset
