The Find Tool allows you to find individual Data Objects or lists of them:

•      Asset

•      Asset Type

•      Action

•      Standard Action

•      Request

•      Defect

•      Log Book

When you are Finding individual Assets, have the Asset Explorer open and for Asset Types, the Asset Type Explorer, so the respective hierarchies are synchronised as you go. See Find for details.
