•      IRR is a Rate of Return percentage calculated using the Microsoft .NET IRR function.

•      It is calculated over the range of year values in the “Grand Total” row.

•      Manual IRR calculations typically include a “Guess” value as the starting IRR defaulting to 10%. Conquest Foresight does not currently provide an input for a Guess value.

•      Microsoft IRR expects the series of numbers to contain at least one negative and one positive and will return “N/A” if this is not the case.
