There are two steps that must be taken before Actual Cost data from Conquest Actions can be imported into a Project:

•      The relevant Assets must first be associated with the Project. See Associate Conquest Assets with a Project.

•                                                                         The Action Categories of Actions on the associated Assets must be linked to Expense Streams. See Associate Expense Streams with Conquest Action Categories.

The Import is performed by selecting the Import button in the Project Toolbar. This button has two options, of which the last used is the default:

•                                                                         Import from Conquest

•      Import from File

Any existing data, previously imported from Conquest, will be overwritten, so the import can be done as often as is needed in the life of the Project.
