How To Reverse an Issued Work Order

Administrators can use the Reverse Work Order Issue Task on Actions, according to the following business rules:

      Applicable to single Actions, which have not been completed

      Applicable to Master Actions, which have not been completed, provided that none of the Sub Actions have been completed, in which case the entire Reverse Issue fails

      Only applicable to Actions, where the Issue Date is set

Changes the following:

      Clears the Issue Date for the Action and all of its Sub Actions

      Deletes PDFs of the Work Order that was Issued
