Simplify your management of Users by using Permission Groups that are suitable for the roles and skillsets of each Asset Management business unit.
• Select Accounts and Permissions in the Configuration section of the Navigation Window, to open the User Accounts Form, as you do for managing Users
• Click the New > Group Task
• Follow the steps for General Permissions, as described in How To Manage Conquest Users
• Assign; Object, Report and Facility permissions to each Permission Group as per How To Set Object, Report and Facility permissions
Note: It may be necessary to create special “Overlap” groups to cater for individuals, who work across business units, or who have special abilities or projects.
