Occasionally, it may be necessary to ‘Clear a Download’ from a device. This may be necessary for a variety of reasons including, such as a broken device or a download has been accidentally overwritten.
To clear a download:
1. Open the current list of inspections
2. Select the download to be cleared. Downloads are identified by the machine to which they were downloaded along with the date and time of the download
3. Click ‘Clear’ once you are certain
