Document Storage Options

The Document Storage section contains all settings related to how document attachments and work orders are handled. The available options are:

Documents

 

Document Directory

This is the root storage location for all document attachements. Set this to the network path of the folder in which linked documents are stored.

Other Permitted Directories

A line-separated list of all directories that Conquest can access for reading. These are the directories not managed by Conquest, but that are used by some attachments.

Permitted File Types

A semicolon-separated list of all allowed file extensions.

Work Order Snapshot Folder

Directory that Conquest will use to store issued work orders. Set this to the network path of the folder, where Conquest will place snapshot files (PDF’s) of issued work orders

Request Document Folder

Directory used for request documents

Enable the Document Directory Tab of the New Document Form used to attach files to a Conquest Data Object
