The Document Form is available from the Documents Tab of all Conquest Object Forms, so you can attach files to such Objects.
Attached files are stored within the Document Directory specified in the System Options. Trim files are stored in Trim.
The Document Form has up to four Tabs, from which a file can be attached:
• New File
• Existing File - the Click to select a file hyperlink is used for any file that the User has access to in Windows Explorer
• Web Link
• Trim - requires the TRIM Integration licence
In the New File Tab and the Existing File Tab of the Document Form, there is an elipsis button on the right of the Address Bar, which has buttons for; New Folder (Administrators only), Rename and Select for sub-folders within the Document Directory:
New files are copied to the Selected folder, whereas Existing files are selected from there.
