Use a Disposal Action to do a Full or Partial Disposal of an Existing, Valuation Asset.  Full Disposal sets the Asset Status to Disposed.

Use the Action Completion Form, and enter the Measurement after Disposal field. A value that is less then the Asset Measurement results in a Partial Disposal. A zero (0) value results in a Full Disposal.

If there are proceeds from the Disposal, use the Action Completion Form, Proceeds From Disposal field to record them for subsequent Profit/Loss calculations.

When completing Disposal Actions on Valuation Children, the Measurement after Disposal field is set by default, to be the portion of the value of the Parent Asset that the Child Asset represents. However, this can be adjusted up to be the full value of the Parent Asset.
