Generate Action Cycles from the Asset Form - Cyclic Actions Task, available to Assets belonging to an Asset Type that has a Standard Cyclic Action:
The top section lists all of the Cycles that have been started for the Asset:
•Select a Cycle and use functions as follows:
•Edit
Use this to edit it, then exit. See Cyclic Action Details
•Create
Creates and opens the Action in the Action Form, for further edits and ‘Issue’
•The Remove function takes a selected Action Cycle from the top section and puts it in the non-initialised, bottom section
The bottom section lists all of the cycles that have yet to be initialised, usually because the Start Cyclic Action checkbox on the Standard Cyclic Action has not been used.
•To start one or more cycles, for this Asset only, select them and use the Start Cycle button before creating the Actions
