Changes made to features of the SQL Server environment and to the Conquest Database, should be approved by Conquest Software Support and be tested with the Conquest Application(s) in a test environment, before doing them in Production. Such tests should be repeated for every future upgrade of the Conquest Application(s) before implementing the upgrade in Production, while the above mentioned changes persist.
Customisations to the Conquest Database Schema, where the functionality or performance of Conquest Application Software is compromised in some way, fall outside of the standard Conquest Support Agreement and may incur costs, should Conquest Software be required to assist in repairing them.
