A Budget Allocation determines the condition range in which the budget will be applied.  For example, if desired the budget could be spent only in the 80-100% condition range.  Usually, however, the budget will be spent throughout the condition range.  A Standard Budget Allocation appears below.

When defining a new Budget Allocation, enter a name and click in the grid to enter new rows defining the Budget Allocation.
