A Budget consists of a list of maximum expenditures for a period.  RSM often uses a 20 year budget.  RSM will apply treatments to the candidate road segments in order of treatment ranking, for each year, until the maximum allowed expenditure is reached.

A Budget can be deleted using the Delete Budget Button .  If the budget is being used by a scenario, the scenario will have to be deleted first.
