This function opens a sub-form to relate a “CostCode” to an Expense Stream, which is used to identify records to be imported from .CSV data:

•      Cost Code (4 digits)

•      Amount (must be numeric)

•      Start Year (4 digits)

•      End Year (4 digits. Cannot be greater than the Project Start Year plus Duration)
