This function opens a pop-up form to relate Action Categories from Conquest to create a linkage for actual costs (Expenses) to be imported from Conquest Actions into a scenario. Once linked, a Category becomes unavailable for further linkage. 

Once the mapping has been done, the Year values from Conquest can be individually selected and loaded with the “Load” button.
