Asset Hierarchy Considerations

Conquest enforces a rule that ensures that within any branch of the Asset Hierarchy a Valuation Asset cannot have Valuation Assets descended from it.

Descendent Assets of a Valuation Asset can contribute to its value on two conditions:

•      The Valuation Asset has the Value by Children checkbox ticked

•      Descendent Assets of the Valuation Asset that are of a properly configured Valuation Asset Type and have the Valuation Child checkbox ticked, contribute Value changes and Transactions to it, from:

•      Purchase Actions

•      New Works Actions

•      Revaluations

•      Disposal Actions
